If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or it is damaged, please contact us about the nature of the problem before taking any other actions.  In the event you are not satisfied and wish to return the goods, we will give you a full credit on your account with us for future purchases or if you wish a full refund. The credit does not included shipping costs.  All purchases made in Canada and U.S. must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.  All other countries have 30 days to return the goods to our office.
